I've been jogging the last week or so in an attempt to get fit. I've been using a great iPhone app to track progress; it's called RunKeeper Pro and it records how far you ran, your speed, and publishes the results to a web site after each activity so you can easily track progress. It plays songs from your music library as well while you're working out, great because you don't have to listen to your own lungs exploding!
